Krewe of Rio is proud to announce the return of its Annual Golf Tournament, this year benefitting Acadiana Animal Aid and Make a Wish Foundation. 

This 3-Player Scramble is a great opportunity for all levels of players to get outdoors and meet new friends, all while contributing to a great cause!

EVENT DETAILS:

The Wetlands Golf Course, Lafayette, LA
10:00am – Check-In Begins
12:00pm – Tee Time

Entry for 3-person team is $600 and includes a chance for each player to win our Hole-In-One Grand Prize of $10,000. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams.

Sponsorship and team payments can be made by credit card or check. Paying by card? Click here to process payment via Rio Store. Online prices do include credit card fees. For check payments, please make check payable to Krewe of Rio and mail to: Krewe of Rio, PO Box 51865, Lafayette, LA 70505.

King Sponsorship ($1,000)
includes (1) Hole Sponsorship with logo displayed at hole, (1) Three-Player Team, Sponsor logo on all promotional materials and all Welcome Signage. Opportunity to set up tent with giveaways on designated hole and include swag bag items. Provide food or drinks at your hole and receive a $100 discount.

Queen Sponsorship ($500)
Includes (1) Hole Sponsorship with logo displayed at hole, Sponsor logo on all promotional materials and all welcome signage. Opportunity to set up tent with giveaways on designated hole and include swag bag items. Provide food or drinks at your hole and receive a $100 discount.

Royal Court Sponsorship ($300)
Includes Sponsor logo on all promotional materials and all welcome signage.

Hole-In-One Sponsorships (4 Available)

  • Grand Prize Sponsorship – $700 (1 available) awards $10,000 Cash Prize
  • Vacation/Cash Sponsorship – $600 (1 available) awards $2,000 + Vacation – 4 day/3 night All-Inclusive Resort (Mexico, Dominican Republic or Bahamas)
  • Cash Prize Sponsorship – $500 (2 available) awards $2,000

📋 SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT 📋

By registering and paying your fee, you are agreeing to the following terms of Sponsorship:

  • I agree to submit payment for my chosen sponsorship within 48 hours of submitting my sponsorship application. Rio accepts payments via cash, check and credit card (plus credit card fee).
  • I agree to submit my logo to info@riolafayette.com within 48 hours of submitting sponsorship application.
  • I agree to respond to any al all “Proof” emails sent to me by Krewe of Rio. Failure to reply will result in Krewe of Rio proceeding with logo submitted for print and I understand I am not entitled to a refund for any errors or misprints. 
  • I agree to receive information from Krewe of Rio regarding the golf tournament via email, phone or text.
  • I understand that any fees paid for sponsorship to the Krewe of Rio Golf Tournament are NON-REFUNDABLE. No rain dates will be scheduled.
